I am a San Antonio native and sixth-generation Texan.  I moved to Austin to attend the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas in 1989; a time when Austin was still  known as a hippie, college town with literally half the number of occupants (466,000) as we have today.  I have seen this city’s growth first-hand and how new neighborhoods have been created and older neighborhoods have become more diverse and highly sought after.

Just before my thirtieth birthday, after a four-year stint as a fiscal-policy analyst with State Comptroller John Sharp, I decided to throw myself into the bar and restaurant business.  I had a desire to create spaces and places where people make life-long memories as I was able to do growing up.  With myself as general contractor, we opened the Club de Ville in January of 1997, The Starlite in December of 2000, and The Woodland in October of 2005.  It gave me great pleasure to serve with class and elegance, with no pretense and always with  a sense of family.  Along the way I honed my perfectionist’s eye for detail in presentation and service and came to understand that pride of place means everything to all of us.  Grateful for our success, I was able to participate in the development of other downtown Austin restaurants – Lambert’s, Frank, Botticelli’s, Elizabeth Street as well as the music venues – The Mohawk and Red 7.

I have known Pete Stiles for almost 20 years and aim to bring the same level of professionalism and integrity as he has done since starting this agency to all clients – buyers, sellers and lessors, both residential and commercial.  I will bring the breadth of my experience and thoughtfulness in dealing with the full range of business and personal relationships to the entire range of real estate services.  Cheers!
