Steve Terebecki

In 2004, I moved to Austin to study music and sociology,
sparking my fascination with communities and the spaces they
inhabit. After years of touring the world as a musician (2007–
2020), I shifted my creativity into construction, landscaping, and
land development. Now, I work as a permit and land
development consultant while running a third-party inspection
business, ensuring quality in building projects.

Real estate has always been a passion. While touring, I loved
researching housing markets—comparing prices, imagining life in
different neighborhoods, and discovering how homes shape the
way people live. Having explored every corner of Central Texas, I
bring that same curiosity and local insight to every transaction.
My goal isn’t just to find you a house, but to help you discover a
space that elevates your daily life and aligns with your long-term
vision.

I live in Northeast Austin with my wife, daughter, dog, and axolotl,
and I’m currently building a backyard studio—a testament to my
love for creating functional, inspiring spaces. I’m excited to bring
my diverse skills, passion for real estate, and commitment to
helping clients achieve their dreams to the Austin market.
