I came to San Marcos in 1996 to obtain my sound recording degree at Texas State University. I fell in love with the San Marcos River and the unique small town vibe. Over twenty years later I still call San Marcos my home, and although it is not as small, it still has a wonderful community with the river at its heart.

My degree has given me the opportunity to travel all over this country and the world, touring with amazing musicians. For the last twelve years I have been the monitor engineer for the legendary Texan, Willie Nelson. As his tour schedule has slowed over the years, I’ve had more time to focus on my second passion, real estate.

As a homeowner and real estate investor I understand the ins and outs of purchasing your dream home and what is required for a great investment property.
