Jon Weston Roach

I’m a fifth generation Texan and my love for real estate started as early as I can remember. When I was young, my family was always on the move which would subsequently find us living in different Texas towns every few years. This gave me the experience of living in many different styles of homes, some new, some old and everything in between. Each time our family moved I remember the excitement of driving through different neighborhoods, looking at all the different houses and wondering which one would be ours. I always found it exhilarating to live in and get to know each new home. My favorite memory of any move-in day, was racing with my brother around the house, trying to claim the best bedroom. I was the youngest, slowest, therefore I usually lost that game.

When I was nineteen, back in 2005, Austin became my forever home. I already had family here and throughout the Hill Country so it was nice to have those resources to help me get the lay of the land. As I was just starting to feel the unique vibe, word of this special city seemed to already be spreading like wildfire.

Before real estate, most of my professional life was spent working in and helping to open high-end cocktail bars in downtown Austin. Until I found real estate, nothing matched the excitement I felt in these speakeasy type establishments, shooting the breeze and mingling with the laid back and easy going humans that make up this city. It was easy to fall in love with Austin.

Since falling in love with Real Estate I’ve lived all over Austin, Wimberley, and San Marcos. I look forward to sharing this love with established home owners and first time home buyers alike. No matter where you are in your life’s journey, it is my pleasure to help you discover your sanctuary.
