My eccentric, eclectic 33-year career includes community banking, working for elected officials, raising funds for and leadership of nonprofits, as well as some interesting side gig. The constant throughout is that I have always strived to make a positive difference. I bought my first condo in Austin in 1994 and made a home for myself in this fabulous city. Fast-forward to 2005, when I partnered with a dear friend to build residential spec homes: I fell in love with real estate, helping people buy or sell homes while getting to know them and sharing how to experience Austin, where I proudly serve on the Board of the Zilker Botanical Garden Conservancy. Travel, reading, bike-riding and simply being outdoors with my husband and our red heeler are highlights of my time off.
“Stephanie Hunter was our real estate agent for three transactions in Austin. We highly recommend Stephanie! She was excellent in our search to buy and then sell an investment property, as well as in selling our primary home. You can count on Stephanie to be extremely honest and completely dedicated during the entire process of purchasing or selling property. She was very responsive and willing to spend a lot of time on our deals, following through on all the details, small and large. She did everything possible to make our experiences smooth, easy, and even fun! Stephanie is very knowledgeable about the real estate process as well as the Austin market. If we buy or sell property in the Austin area again, we will definitely choose Stephanie as our real estate agent!”
“I was smart to list my home with Stephanie. She made sure there were plenty of showings and negotiated a great sales price for me. She worked with the buyers’ agent to make sure the deal went through when it looked like it might not and I can’t thank her enough. I recommend her without hesitation.”
